Replacement Policy

What if I need replacement pieces?

When you purchase a game directly from us, we will replace defective or missing cards, meeples, or other components due to manufacturer defects. Just send us photos of the issue, and we will ship a replacement. Due to the rising costs of shipping, we cannot replace damaged boxes. If your item needs to be returned due to damage, we will contact you with instructions. We provide replacement pieces while titles are active in our catalog, which is typically at least a year after their initial printing. Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to you.

If you have a problem with items purchased outside the US, please contact the company you purchased the game from. A list of our international partners can be found on our website.

At this time we are only sending out replacements for new products purchased from our Tabletop Tycoon Amazon StoreTabletopTycoon.com, and local game stores in the United States. Items purchased on the secondary market are not covered.

For crowdfunding customers who purchase directly from Tabletop Tycoon in a campaign, but reside outside of the United States, replacement pieces may be offered according to the above terms, but due to processing and shipping times, this is likely to take weeks or months to arrive depending on your location. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
