What is Tabletop Tycoon?
- Tabletop Tycoon is the overarching company that houses companies like: Starling Games, Victory Point Games, Flying Meeple, PolyHero Dice, Sparkworks, and Board Game Booster Box.
Refunds and Replacements:
What if I need replacement pieces?

When you purchase a game directly from us, we will replace defective or missing cards, meeples, or other components due to manufacturer defects. Just send us photos of the issue, and we will ship a replacement. Due to the rising costs of shipping, we cannot replace damaged boxes. If your item needs to be returned due to damage, we will contact you with instructions. We provide replacement pieces while titles are active in our catalog, which is typically at least a year after their initial printing. Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to you.
If you have a problem with items purchased outside the US, please contact the company you purchased the game from. A list of our international partners can be found on our website.
At this time we are only sending out replacements for new products purchased from our Tabletop Tycoon Amazon Store, TabletopTycoon.com, and local game stores in the United States. Items purchased on the secondary market are not covered.
For crowdfunding customers who purchase directly from Tabletop Tycoon in a campaign, but reside outside of the United States, replacement pieces may be offered according to the above terms, but due to processing and shipping times, this is likely to take weeks or months to arrive depending on your location. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I’m completely missing pieces of my game. Can you help?
- Yes! Just fill out the replacement form under “Contact” and let us know what is missing. Our team will get that out to you as soon as possible. This request must be made within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.
Can you re-ship my lost package?
- If your package has been lost in transit, we request you contact us through tabletoptycoon.com/support 6-8 weeks after your parcel was shipped. If possible, we will follow up with the carrier delivering your package to determine whether your package is indeed lost or if there is a delay in delivery. If you do not contact us within 8 weeks of your shipping date, you will be responsible for paying for reshipment postage.
How long until I receive my replacement?
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed. We will ship to you as soon as we can.
Can I get a refund?
- We would be happy to refund your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
How can I initiate a refund?
- You can submit a General Inquiry at tabletoptycoon.com/support and request a refund. Our team will be happy to assist you.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
- Please note it may take up to ten days for the charges to reappear on your card.
